Speculation swirls around Ethan Page’s potential departure from AEW as he has been removed from the roster page on the company’s website.
Page joined AEW in March 2021, making his debut at the AEW Revolution pay-per-view. However, since March of this year, he has been taking independent bookings, indicating that his contract may have expired without news of a renewal.
Page’s skill both in the ring and on the mic led many to believe he would be vying for a top spot in AEW. While there were inklings of a push, he didn’t receive extensive screen time on AEW TV, mainly appearing on ROH shows in recent months.
Page still has years ahead in his career, prompting speculation that WWE might reach out to him.
