WWE Superstars always run the risk of injury when they are traveling all over the world and putting their bodies on the line. Jinder Mahal went down with a knee injury that required a procedure, but he has yet to make a return.

According to Brad Shepard on the Oh, You Didn’t Know Patreon, Jinder Mahal may have experienced some sort of a set back in his WWE return. He should have been back by now, but that hasn’t happened yet.

According to a source in WWE, Jinder was already expected to be back by now, and he no longer has a target return date – which is sometimes an indicator that he may have experienced a setback in his rehabilitation.

Hopefully, Jinder Mahal will be able to heal up soon and get back to work. WWE shouldn’t rush anyone’s return to the ring because that could only make things worse.

They could always be saving Mahal’s return for a time when it makes sense in the storyline. As a former WWE Champion, the Modern Day Maharaja could always get a new push out of nowhere like Vince McMahon did in the past.
