When The Hardy Boyz returned back at WrestleMania 33, it was widely considered to be one of the best Mania moments in recent history.

The Citrus Bowl in Orlando went absolutely crazy once Matt & Jeff’s familiar music hit, with the brothers making it known that they are well and truly back for good.

While their latest run with WWE has had its fair share of ups and downs, one thing that cannot be denied is that they’re two of the biggest legends from their generation.

It’s interesting to note that the brothers were well aware of the fact that they had two ladder matches that weekend, which clearly led to some worry and trepidation on behalf of Matt, in particular.

Fast forward two years and the future of these two men isn’t quite so certain, and perhaps understandably so. Jeff has had his fair share of incidents transpire ever since the WWE return actually happened, and as a result, a lot of people are concerned about what the future holds for him.

It’s a tough spot for the family to find themselves in, but every now and then, it’s great to look back on memories such as this one and realise how much the former tag champions mean to everyone.

Whether or not Matt’s impending return has the same kind of impact remains to be seen, but we certainly think there’s a strong possibility he’ll be involved with The Fiend Bray Wyatt in some way – which can only be a good thing.
