Vince McMahon Calls For Burial Of Promising WWE Superstar

WWE makes a lot of interesting decisions and Vince McMahon is certainly behind a lot of them. This latest choice might be a bit controversial.

Cedric Alexander has a WWE contract due to his hard work. The fact that fans chanted “please sign Cedric” after his performance in the Cruiserweight Classic also really helped matters for him.

Since being called over to the RAW brand from 205 Live, it seemed like he was going to get a push. We previously reported that Paul Heyman is behind Alexander and wants to put a slow push behind him, however, Vince McMahon had other ideas.

Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that Vince McMahon has called for Cedric Alexander’s burial. This should explain why AJ Styles has destroyed him so thoroughly and easily in their previous outings.

“I was told last night that Vince McMahon wants to bury him. I don’t know why. I don’t know why he’d wanna do that.”

We’ll have to see if things will eventually turn around for Cedric Alexander. He commented about how fast things are happening for him in WWE, but everything can be over in an instant if Vince McMahon loses interest.
