WWE announced a return of the King Of The Ring Tournament and it was a very exciting decision. This resulted in a tournament full of great matches for the last few weeks.
Baron Corbin won the big triple threat semifinal match on RAW meaning he will be wrestling in the finals at Clash Of Champions.
Dave Meltzer discussed this turn of events on Wrestling Observer Radio. From the looks of it, Chad Gable will be defeating Elias tonight, but you never know what they could book
“I don’t see them doing Baron Corbin vs Elias in the match so I should think that Chad Gable is going to the finals. I’ve seen that match before, look, Chad Gable is a super wrestler. If they give him time he could have a great match against Baron Corbin.”
It’s anyone’s guess as to who will be winning the King Of The Ring Tournament this year. The fact that Baron Corbin has consistently sat at the throne with a crown on his head it really makes us think he’s not winning. WWE has done stranger things in the past.
