Last night’s edition of Monday Night RAW at Madison Square Garden was certainly a lot of fun, with WWE featuring everything from great matches to segments that put a big smile on the face of the WWE Universe.

One altercation that fell into the latter category took place between AJ Styles and Stone Cold Steve Austin, when the Texas Rattlesnake dropped the Phenomenal One with a fantastic Stone Cold Stunner.

Alas, while you won’t find all too many fans complaining about the fact that AJ got to take a bump like that from such a legend, there’s one man that seems to believe the whole thing could’ve been done a bit better.

Of course, this seems to be a pretty tounge in cheek type of response from good ol’ Jim Ross, who is currently the lead man on commentary for the blossoming All Elite Wrestling promotion.

Ross was clearly hinting at the fact that the moment probably would’ve been a lot sweeter had he been the one calling the action, and given how many great moments he has been involved in over the years, it’s kind of hard to disagree with him.

With that being said we’re more excited to see him where he is right now, if only because the Oklahoma native appears to have much more creative control over what it is he’s saying and doing. As opposed to coming across as being incredibly bored or disinterested, there is an obvious passion for the product that we haven’t seen in years.
