CM Punk’s Starrcast III stage show went off without any problems at all. In fact, everyone seemed to have a great time in the process. The biggest issue is that the pay-per-view feed cut off early because they ran out of time, but fans watching on Fite TV got to see the whole thing.

Punk also learned a lot, especially about WWE’s new vacation policy. He really discussed lot of things that few fans thought he would including the fact that he’d be willing to listen to WWE, but he’s not making the call to them.

Fightful Select reports that everyone backstage had nothing but great things to say about CM Punk. He “was received well by everyone” in the green room area after he was done on stage. His show actually went well over the allotted time, but Punk seemed to have no issue with that.

Punk gave no sign that he was bothered by anything that happened or the course of questioning. He didn’t have an issue about how long the show lasted either. He even went out of his way to make sure that he greeted everyone he saw backstage.

We were told that he was very friendly and cordial, and went out of his way to greet everyone.

It’s great that CM Punk was able to come back to the pro wrestling world, if only for a few hours so he could attend a convention.

You never know where we’ll see him next, but at this point he seems content focusing on his acting without much of a thought about a pro wrestling return.
