The Viking Raiders’ Victims On WWE RAW Revealed

The Viking Raiders got another enhancement match this week on Raw after last week’s tag team turmoil match didn’t work out too well for them.

Erik and Ivar’s victims this week were local indie wrestlers named Ty Awesome and Brian Thomas. They didn’t do too well against the former NXT Tag Team Champions, but they did play their job perfectly by taking some incredibly painful looking bumps

Thanks to Local Competitor, we have even more information about these two enhancement talents who area established indie wrestlers in their own right.

On @WWE RAW Viking Raiders defeated Tyler Hastings & Brian Thomas. Tyler is Ty Awesome @TyAwesomePro. He previously held the @ECWAwrestling67 Heavyweight Championship & recently won the @Valour_Pro VPW Champion of Valour. Ty also was #437 in the latest PWI TOP 500. #WWE #WWERaw

Brian Thomas is Brian Hardy. He’s the son of Barry Hardy an enhancement talent who competed in the 90’s. This was Brian’s 2nd WWE match. He last appeared on the 6/22/12 SmackDown episode as Frank Venezia where he teamed with Jared Wachtler/BLK Jeez against Ryback

You never know if a small opportunity with WWE could snowball into so much more. After all, nobody expected that James Ellsworth would get further than one squash match with Braun Strowman and he was able to turn that into something rather impressive.

We’ll have to see whether Tye Awesome or Brian Thomas will show up again, but they definitely won’t be forgetting the beating that The Viking Raiders gave them for a very long time.
