WWE Booking Plans for Ronda Rousey Revealed

Ronda Rousey hasn’t wrestled since WrestleMania, but she’s been staying busy. She recently injured herself and nearly lost her finger while filming for Fox’s 9-1-1 as well.

Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that WWE actually doesn’t want Ronda Rousey to come back just for a one-off appearance. They would like her to come back so she might actually be used for a match.

It was said that the talk is that there is still no word on whether Rousey will make a return or not. She can do what she wants at this stage. The belief within WWE is that if Ronda Rousey returns then she would be used more like Goldberg as an attraction.

We’ll have to see if WWE could get Ronda Rousey to come back as a competitor, even for a very short run. She did her time on the road and WWE had her for a full year. Now the next step is totally up to her.
