WWE’s Summerslam event will be a very long show, but it will be minus one match thanks to Paul Heyman.

The WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles were defended on RAW this week instead of the biggest party of the summer. This was a very interesting move, but The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that it was a Paul Heyman decision.

That was said to be a Paul Heyman decision, probably figuring the title change would mean more with a longer match and could be showcased better rather then being a forgotten part of a long show.

We should probably expect even more decisions to come out as coming from Paul Heyman because his position as Executive Director of RAW will only grow in influence. In the end, it might have been best for them to do the title change on RAW to give it more of a spotlight, let’s just hope WWE has some plans for the titles that Vince McMahon didn’t want in the first place.
