WWE has a lot of options when they go to Fox. Recently it was reported by two independent sources: Tom Colohue and Brad Shepard who said that Fox has requested that WWE try and book one of their Hall Of Famers who happens to be the sitting President Of The United States. The company has now reacted to those reports about attempting to book Donald Trump.

Fox reportedly requested Trump, but WWE is denying it. Shepard tweeted out not long after Ringside News picked up his report that the company contacted him to react to this story.

I’ve received an official comment from #WWE. They responded by calling the report from Tom Colohue and I “completely false.”

So there you have it. WWE is flat-out denying that Stephanie McMahon reached out to the White House with a request for Donald Trump to appear on WWE television once they make the Fox move.

It would be a pretty bold move for Fox to request that a current U.S. President appear on one of their shows, but Trump and The McMahon Family are pretty close. We will keep you updated on any on-going developments right here at Ringside News.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
