Drake Maverick Reacts To Capturing 24/7 Championship Once Again

After weeks of soul searching in the wake of his marriage breaking down, he’s officially done it: not only has Drake Maverick got the girl, but he’s also got the 24/7 Championship once again.

Drake’s pursuit of the title has been one of the most entertaining parts of WWE programming over the course of the last month or so, which isn’t exactly going to come as much of a surprise to fans who have been following his work for years now.

From the skits on social media to what has transpired on Monday Night RAW, it’s great to see how much fun WWE is having with this championship.

Whether or not it actually lasts is a different matter altogether, but as you can see, his wife clearly isn’t thrilled about his enthusiasm for the title as the pair prepare to go on their long overdue honeymoon.

Maverick even took it upon himself to change his profile picture to the above image of himself and the title, cropping out his partner in the process. Isn’t commitment great?

Drake will continue to fly the flag for the 24/7 Title until, of course, the inevitable happens, and he winds up losing it again.

R-Truth is the main man that will likely go after the belt, with many anticipating a title change or two during the honeymoon itself. Given that they did it during the wedding, it’s hardly much of a stretch to think that they’d actually do this whole thing again.
