AEW is building an impressive team full of people that they trust. Cody Rhodes has a lot of friends in WWE and he also realized who was valuable while he was there. If some people would like to join AEW then it looks like the door is open.
Former WWE Senior Director of Live Event Marketing Rafael Morffi is now with AEW. He helped WWE a lot during his time with the company and his experience could be invaluable going forward.
He made the announcement official today in a tweet where he also hyped the upcoming All Out pay-per-view on August 31st.

Fans might never see Morffi on AEW television or at their live events, but his presence will certainly be felt in the company as they continue building toward their future.
Needless to say, this is a good get for AEW as they prepare for their upcoming television show on TNT in the Fall because they will need to take the show on the road to provide a fresh live audience for Elite action.
