It might not have been the plan to cancel every Monday house show when WWE brought the Wild Card Rule into play, but that is what seems to happening. However, this recent cancellation has nothing to do with the Wild Card Rule.

Since top SmackDown Superstars are not going to be at the Monday house shows because they are needed on RAW, WWE is calling off a lot of Monday events. In fact, they have called off every single one of them since the Wild Card Rule’s announcement excluding one house show during the UK tour. In a very interesting change of pace, WWE is cancelling a Saturday house show in October this time.

WWE has officially cancelled their upcoming Salina Kansas house show on October 26th. They cited a scheduling conflict and will be offering refunds.

The cancelled house show is a blue brand event. No official word about why the show was called off has been made official, but it could have something to do with RAW’s currently scheduled house show in Coliseo De Puerto Rico.
