Jon Moxley Next Match Revealed

Jon Moxley is now AEW’s latest big surprise name and he will be working the indies as well as with The Elite. He has multi-year deal with AEW, but as Tony Khan said his deal makes him pretty much exclusive to AEW. However, Mox has a big match announced in August already and it’s not for All Elite Wrestling.

Moxley will take on Pentagon Jr at the Northeast Wrestling event on August 16th.

This looks to be a loaded show with Fenix, LA Park, Teddy Long, Dustin Rhodes, Jerry Lawler and more. Renee Young will also be at the event which is nice since she doesn’t get to work with her husband much anymore since he left WWE.

It is interesting that this match between two AEW stars is going down at a NEW event because one would think that could be a match worth building some hype for down the line. If anything, it could become very violent if they let them go all out.
