Arn Anderson is no longer in WWE after being fired by Vince McMahon. He might not be allowed to talk about it, but the story is pretty well-known already.

It doesn’t seem like Arn Anderson is bitter toward WWE because he simply didn’t want to stay in a place where he’s not wanted.

While at Starrcast, Arn Anderson was asked about how WWE treats tag team wrestling and he had a very interesting view on the matter. Double A said that if WWE gave “proper respect” to tag team wrestling then The Revival would be champions.

He praised Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson and said that he would have liked to be their manager. It didn’t happen in WWE, but Anderson did admit that he would be interested in making it happen “elsewhere” because he has another run left in him. Seeing how Starrcast was full of AEW fans this comment was received pretty well.

If Arn Anderson can make managing The Revival happen down the line as he suggested then that makes things incredibly interesting for the Top Guys once their WWE contract expire. However, it might be a little bit of a wait before we can see that go down.

Scott Dawson’s WWE contract is set to expire around WrestleMania next year, but Dash Wilder will have to stick around for three more months as WWE tacked more time onto his contract from where he had to take time off in 2017 after he broke his jaw.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
