Jerry Lawler doesn’t make very many appearances on WWE television at this stage in his career, but that could very well change.

During his Dinner With The King podcast (you can check out an entire recap of the episode here), Lawler said with the upcoming Fox deal that WWE programming may increase and be incorporated in plenty of other aspects in Fox’s lineup. This could also mean that fans will be seeing a lot more of him.

Fox wants more WWE programming to accompany SmackDown. We already know that talk/news show is coming to FS1 which could be very interesting to see how WWE treats a kayfabe show with a shoot slant.

Although nothing has been set in stone just yet, Jerry “The King” Lawler remains hopeful that he will be getting a call to take part in that new programming that is set to be a part of WWE’s new deal with Fox.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
