Rey Mysterio’s son Dominick has grown a lot since we last saw him when Eddie Guerrero was trying to prove that he was the papi. Now Dominick is 22 years old and has trained to be a pro wrestler under Lance Storm.

WWE looked as if they were going to implement Dominick into his father’s WrestleMania feud with Samoa Joe. Dominick was supposed to be seated at ringside too. However, the match was only 1 minute long so Dominick wasn’t used.

We previously reported that Dominick has likely taken some kind of deal with WWE to work on television with his father so much. Joe Peisich of Barnburner Radio was able to confirm this assumption during this week’s show.

“According to a source that I talked to today, Rey Mysterio’s son Dominique has signed a WWE deal.”

We might very well see Dominick appear on WWE television more often if he did sign a deal with the company. He might have pro wrestling in his blood, but that could still be a lot of responsibility on a guy just starting out his pro wrestling journey.
