Becky Lynch is still the double Women’s Champion in WWE, but that might change by the time WrestleMania 36 rolls around. That won’t stop WWE from having big plans for The Man.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes that WWE is booking Becky Lynch vs Charlotte Flair at Money In The Bank for a very interesting reason. They don’t plan on throwing that match again at the show of shows next year. However, Lynch’s opponent was not actually disclosed.

We also know that Ronda Rousey is not Becky Lynch’s planned opponent either. However, Rousey deciding that she wants to come back to WWE could certainly change things. We do know at this point that Lynch is slated to be in a top spot at WrestleMania in Tampa.

Not that this won’t change 25 times in the next year, but the reason they are putting Lynch vs. Flair at Money in the Bank is that they have a different match planned for next year’s Mania for Lynch. The only thing we know is that she’s slotted to be the top woman on that show, and her opponent is not scheduled to be either Flair or Rousey at this point.

This is very interesting and we will have to wait and see how everything plays out. A lot can happen in between now and the road to WrestleMania next year, but don’t hold out hopes on another match with Becky Lynch against either of her WrestleMania 35 opponents.
