Jeff Hardy’s Current Injury Status

Jeff Hardy and his brother Matt Hardy reunited the Hardy Boyz and soon captured the SmackDown Tag Team Titles. They are still the champions, but neither appeared on television this week.

PW Insider reports that Jeff Hardy is injured. He went down on the 4/20 house show and he didn’t wrestle for the rest of the loop. Instead of working the next night, Jeff showed up and participated in a non-wrestling role.

Hardy was then sent home and he was not backstage on SmackDown Live this week at all. At this time there is no real update on the nature of his injury.

WWE is hoping that Jeff Hardy’s injury is a minor one because he has been through a number of injuries in the past and something minor can become a major problem due to all the wear and tear on a veteran’s body like Hardy.
