WrestleMania will be a historic event this year and WWE dropped a huge piece of information this morning. Fans already assumed that the RAW Women’s Title match could main event the show of shows, and now the company is making it official.
In a public announcement, the company confirmed that Ronda Rousey’s defense of her RAW Women’s Title against Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair will indeed main event WrestleMania 35.
BREAKING: #WrestleMania 35 will feature the first-ever women’s main event when @RondaRousey, @BeckyLynchWWE, and @MsCharlotteWWE battle for the #RAW #WomensChampionship!
We will just have to wait and see how WWE books the end of this match. It is obviously the fans’ preference to see Becky Lynch emerge as champion. Either way, whoever wins the big match will be doing so to close out the show of shows in 2019 while making history in the process.
