Nikki Bella Says ‘Crossovering’ Out Of WWE To Red Carpets Makes Her Feel Like Marilyn Monroe

WWE has lost a few key Superstars to other ventures in the past few years. The Bella Twins’ move away from the ring are just two out of the several who have found careers outside of WWE. Now Nikki Bella is more likely to be dressing up to the nines for a red carpet event than a WWE appearance.

Nikki Bella was recently asked by Jim Alexander at Reel Talker about appearing at red carpet events and how it differs from the WWE Universe. Bella had a lot to say about the transition, but she loves it.

“I grew up being in love with the old Hollywood starlets and Marilyn Monroe, I know it sounds cliche, but I loved her when I was young what’s fun is crossovering more in this world and doing this glam stuff, just — it gives me that Marilyn Monroe feel that I love and when you’ve been an athlete your whole life you know 24/7 with these strong fierce women it’s nice to step into something where you get to be fierce but you get to be beautiful at the same and it kinda makes me a little soft and I like it. Gives me that grace.”

Nikki Bella is having a great time outside of WWE, but she is still paying close attention to what is going on in the current women’s division. She actually said it makes her feel like proud mother. Perhaps we will be seeing much more of Nikki at red carpet events than the ring in the future, but Nikki Loves it.
