New Matches Have Been Announced for AEW Double or Nothing

Cody Rhodes has released the third episode of “The Road to Double or Nothing” on his official YouTube account- through which he and Brandi Rhodes confirmed two matches that are expected to take place at AEW Double or Nothing.

The first match teased within the episode is a triple threat between Britt Baker, Nyla Rose, and Kylie Rae. The latter two participants were expected to take on one another following the ticket rally AEW held. However, Rhodes has now confirmed Baker’s addition to the match.

The second match was teased, but not completely revealed. Despite being injured at the moment, Cody will be taking on a mystery opponent. In the episode, Cody showed his wife the match card, but the opponent had been blurred out. Based on Brandi’s reaction, it would seem that Cody has a major Superstar as his opponent- likely somebody who has not been confirmed for the AEW roster and is of major importance in the wrestling world.

AEW Double or Nothing will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on May 25 in Los Vegas, Nevada. The card is already taking shape, despite the show still being several months away.
