Dean Ambrose turned babyface this week on RAW which was a very interesting decision to make. Now it appears that WWE turned him back to being a good guy because that’s what the fans were demanding.

Dave Meltzer commented on Wrestling Observer Radio that the line where Ambrose wished Seth Rollins good luck which turned him babyface wasn’t the original plan at all. In fact, WWE had something different for Ambrose to say, but Dean didn’t like it.

“That turn was ridiculous. I don’t even know, well I do know they had something scripted and Dean wasn’t feeling it and Dean did what he did and my god was it bad.”

This is why Dean Ambrose came down and turned babyface by wishing Seth Rollins good luck in his WrestleMania match against Brock Lesnar. WWE might not have too much of a handle on The Lunatic Fringe right now. To think that they ever really did might be a laughable concept.
