How Impact Wrestling Stars Reportedly Feel About Television Move To Pursuit Channel

Impact Wrestling felt a huge blow when they lost Spike TV years ago. Since then, they’ve been trying to reset and find a television home with a lot of viewers who can find the product.

Now Impact Wrestling is moving to Pursuit Channel and plenty of fans had never heard of the channel until the Impact Announcement was made. Mike Johnson noted on PW Insider Elite audio that the Impact locker room might be just as enthused about this TV move as the fans are.

“I haven’t seen one person other than the initial people who were like, ‘This is gonna be great, it’s gonna mean a lot more money for us’ which I don’t see how that math works and I would love for somebody to lay out the match for me.”

“I haven’t had one talent, I haven’t had one person say to me, ‘This is gonna be excited,’ we’re going from 65 million homes to 31 million homes.'”

You never know if things could turn around for Impact Wrestling. The All Elite Wrestling company reportedly wasn’t interested in buying them either. We’ll have to wait and see what happens next. In the meantime, fans might need to try and figure out if they get the Pursuit Channel in the first place.
