The Rock Leaning Toward WrestleMania Match Next Year

The Rock hasn’t wrestled a real match for WWE since he took on John Cena at WrestleMania 29. He popped into WrestleMania 32 where he had a very brief encounter with Erick Rowan which kind of counted as a match, but fans knew better.

He hasn’t been able to wrestle since Mania 29 because he hurt himself and caused a big delay to a film he was working on. Hercules was set back, but it still came out. However, since movie studios invest so much money in The Rock, he hasn’t been able to wrestle.

Now things might be changing for The Great One. Ticket Drew, who is usually very good with inside information recently said that it seems The Rock is leaning toward a WrestleMania 35 match in 2019. It was noted that the news is going to hit soon, but Drew got to it first.

If this pans out then it could mean a pretty big match is coming up at WrestleMania next year. The only question is how they will book The Rock.
