Sami Zayn Reportedly Injured

Sami Zayn faced off against Bobby Lashley at Money In The Bank and it was a very one-sided match. Sami got a couple moves in but in the end, Bobby Lashley destroyed Sami Zayn.

Kevin Owens said on Raw this week that he didn’t know when he’d be seeing Sami again and it doesn’t sound like he’s lying either because PW Insider reports that Sami Zayn is injured.

Apparently, he’s been working with an injury for a little while now but the plan was to get him through his match against Lashley. So Sami wasn’t backstage at Raw this week because he had to go to Birmingham Alabama to be examined.

There isn’t any word on exactly what Sami’s injury is, but it’s enough to take him out of action. This isn’t good news for Zayn so hopefully whatever is wrong isn’t that big of a deal and he’ll be able to return very soon.
