CM Punk’s lawsuit with WWE Doctor Chris Amann is scheduled to reconvene this upcoming Tuesday.

We previously reported how Punk’s legal team has been pushing for a trial instead of a settlement despite Punk being the most at-risk for a potential jury verdict. Amann is seeking $1 million in damages but if Punk wins, Amann would have to pay the legal fees for Punk & Colt Cabana.
