Ronda Rousey Now Using Roman Reigns’ Superman Punch

Roman Reigns is out of action until he beats leukemia once again and makes return. WWE has been repositioning their storylines and made some pretty bad choices along the way when using Reigns’ illness to draw heat.
Ronda Rousey is in many respects the face of WWE right now. It is not only the first time in WWE History that a woman is the company’s top star, but it is also a huge credit to the fact that her debut match was less than a year ago. She is the current Raw Women’s Champion and likely to remain a focal point from this point on.
Bryan Alvarez noted on Wrestling Observer Live recently how Rousey is on RAW throughout the broadcast just as “Stone Cold” Steve Austin was back in the day. Ronda is someone people pay to see, but she also realizes how much Roman Reigns is missed.
Ronda Rousey has been breaking out the Superman Punch at WWE live events, so we might expect to see it down the line in a big match situation. It is certainly a nice tribute to The Big Dog as he continues his battle with leukemia.
