Cody Rhodes made some remarks on the Chris Jericho Cruise where he said that he wants to do a second ALL IN event. This got plenty of fans buzzing on the ship and it soon hit the Internet Wrestling Community.
But Dave Meltzer said on Wrestling Observer Radio that Cody clarified those statements to him and they might not be as definite as some fans might like to think. After all, there are a lot of options for a guy like Cody Rhodes.

“He said that he’s not going to WWE that he’s going to do everything in his power to do a second ALL IN.”
“Now he clarified to me that in fact he wants to do a second ALL IN but by no means is that a done deal or a sure thing. But he wants to do that and as far as — yeah. He said he’s absolutely not going [to WWE].”

Cody followed up those statements about not going to WWE with a skit saying that he was telling a horror story about being an independent contractor and being booked like a WWE Superstar and traveling on Christmas. Only time will tell if WWE can offer him enough money to change his mind, but it doesn’t seem like WWE is in his plans although he would like to do a second ALL IN event.
