As seen on WWE television lately, The New Day, Sasha banks and Akira Tozawa all had very short championship title reigns.
Dave Meltzer discussed on the recently changes on the latest installment of Wrestling Observer Radio mentioned that Vince McMahon is in one of his phases where he wants to do quick title changes as often as possible. In all three cases, it’s clear that Vince wanted the heels as champions and only had them drop the title on television to get people talking.
