Zoey Stark just shared the kind of update fans have been waiting for—and it’s finally packed with good news.
In a new Instagram video posted on October 18, 2025, the injured WWE RAW star opened up about a major breakthrough in her recovery journey. Stark had previously torn her ACL, MCL, and meniscus during the May 19 episode of RAW, resulting in a grueling three-hour surgery and months of physical therapy. But this time, Stark let fans know things have turned a major corner.
“In the last video, one of the reasons why I was having a hard time was because I was told that either I would have to get a scope done, which is where they go in, clean out my knee and scar tissue, or to get a manipulation under anesthesia,” she explained. “One of the reasons being is because I didn’t have full range of motion and that would have pushed my recovery back and that’s why I was so upset and having a really hard time with it.”
The fear of another procedure hung over her for weeks. But according to Stark, she dodged that setback and is now back in motion—literally.
“But now we’re back on track. That did not have to happen. Thank God. Now I’m running, I’m jumping, I have full range of motions. Things are going great. Honestly, I’m happy. I’m blessed.”
It’s a huge shift from her last check-in, where she explained how hitting 90 degrees of knee flexion was the only way she could even consider walking again. That milestone came after serious frustration, but Stark powered through and hit 91 degrees after an intense PT session. Now, months later, she’s leaping forward in recovery and already dreaming about her WWE return.
“I really, really can’t wait to get back into the ring and get back to you guys. So that’s all—Stark out.”
While there’s still no confirmed return date, early reports suggest she won’t be back until sometime after WrestleMania 42 in 2026. But this latest update proves Zoey Stark is crushing expectations—one milestone at a time.
