Zena Sterling has had enough of the comparisons—and she’s calling her shot.

On the May 20 episode of Busted Open Radio, the WWE LFG breakout didn’t hesitate when Bully Ray asked her to fantasy-book a match against any woman on the WWE roster. Zena went straight for the top: “Tiffany Stratton.”

According to Zena, it’s the match fans won’t stop talking about. “The whole internet wants it,” she said. “I keep seeing comments everywhere. ‘We need a Zena vs. Tiffany Stratton match.’ ‘I would pay millions of dollars to see Zena vs. Tiffany.’ ‘Zena vs. Tiffany Stratton is going to feed families.’ OK, so let’s make it happen.”

When Bully Ray asked why it had to be Tiffany, Zena didn’t dance around the issue: “I think it’s because everyone compares us. Everyone’s like, ‘Zena’s just like Tiffany.’”

But that comparison doesn’t sit well with her. “No, I do not,” she said bluntly when asked if she likes being compared. “That’s why I want to have this match—so I can show that I’m not Tiffany Stratton.”

Bully pointed out that Tiffany herself had to go through something similar when constantly compared to Charlotte Flair. Zena agreed and added that she’s not trying to skip any steps. “Yeah, I get it. I’m a long way from that though,” she admitted. But when asked if she was willing to fight through that process, she doubled down: “Yeah, I know. But I’m willing to do anything. And I don’t care about the time frame.”

Zena Sterling wants to carve out her own place in WWE, and in her mind, facing Tiffany Stratton is how she finally breaks out of someone else’s shadow. For her, this match isn’t about gold—it’s about identity.
