The Young Bucks aren’t on a career high right now.

The August 13 episode of AEW Dynamite went down at the Andrew J Brady Music Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. The crowd was ruthless to the Young Bucks, and the company did them no favors.

Since losing their EVP status, the Young Bucks have been in quite a downward spiral. Nick and Matt Jackson haven’t been on the best terms with management, as they have even lost their iconic entrance.

This week on AEW Dynamite, the Young Bucks received a lackluster entrance. Then Justin Roberts didn’t make things easier with his ring introductions. To return the favor, the Young Bucks took out the AEW ring announcer with a pair of superkicks.

It was later revealed that the Young Bucks have been fined $10,000 for assaulting Justin Roberts as they did. This will be a drop in the bucket for them considering how much money they’ve racked up throughout their career, but it is still notable.

We will have to see what is next for the Young Bucks as they continue this storyline where they edge closer to jobber status. Only time will tell if they regain their EVP status or even a title reign.
