The Young Bucks are back to uploading content on their Being The Elite YouTube channel, but they’re not calling it a full return just yet. After more than two years without a full episode, Matt and Nick Jackson have started posting again—but they’re deliberately staying noncommittal about where it’s going.
Speaking with Undisputed, Matt Jackson made it clear that even though fans are excited, Being The Elite isn’t officially back in the way people might expect.
“We’re playing it by ear. We’ve been very careful not to publicly say it’s back officially or even call what we’ve aired as episodes. We’re referring to it all as BTE content.”
Instead of long-form episodes, the Bucks have been dropping shorter videos since late August. The reaction has been strong, but the brothers are avoiding promises they can’t keep.
“It’s getting a positive reaction, for sure. We don’t want to overpromise, but we’re definitely having a lot of fun with it.”
With nearly 500,000 subscribers, Being The Elite was a cornerstone of the Young Bucks’ rise, giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at their lives before AEW even existed. The vlog helped shape AEW’s identity, and its absence was felt by diehards who followed it religiously.
Now that content is back—at least in some form—it remains to be seen whether the series will ever fully return to its weekly format. But for now, the Bucks are going with the flow and enjoying the ride.
