Stephanie Vaquer’s run in NXT might already be over—because the former Women’s Champion is reportedly Raw-bound after her stunning title loss to Jacy Jayne on the May 27 episode of WWE NXT.

According to a report from Cory Hays of PWN, WWE isn’t wasting any time with Vaquer after she dropped the gold.

“Stephanie Vaquer is expected to join Monday Night Raw following her loss to Jacy Jayne,” the report stated, citing her previous appearances on the red brand as part of the plan.

Vaquer’s loss came under chaotic circumstances during the main event of NXT. After hitting her finishing move—the Devil’s Kiss—Fallon Henley appeared out of nowhere and nailed Vaquer with a kick to the face. That opened the door for Jayne to score the pin and walk out as the new champ. Fans in the Capitol Wrestling Center were left stunned.

This comes just days after Vaquer successfully defended the title at WWE Battleground against Jordynne Grace. The sudden title change and her rumored jump to Raw suggest that WWE has big things lined up for the Chilean standout.

It’s unclear when Vaquer will officially debut on Raw, but the pieces are already in motion—and the women’s division on Monday nights may never be the same again.

What do you think about Stephanie Vaquer moving to Raw after dropping the NXT title? Will she thrive under the spotlight or should she have had a longer run in NXT first? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
