It’s officially the end of an era—Titan Tower, WWE’s longtime headquarters in Stamford, CT, has been sold, according to CTInsider.
The real estate firm MB Financial Group has purchased the historic building for $3.75 million, with plans to convert it into apartment space, according to CTInsider.com.
For nearly 40 years, Titan Tower served as WWE’s home base, housing the company’s top executives and playing a major role in its global expansion. WWE moved into the building in 1985, using it not just for corporate operations, but also as a set for some of its most memorable moments—including the 2020 Money in the Bank ladder match, which saw wrestlers brawling their way to the rooftop for a dramatic finish.
The move to WWE’s new Global Headquarters in downtown Stamford began in March 2023, marking the company’s shift to a more modern facility that consolidates all divisions under one roof. Unlike Titan Tower, where WWE’s departments were scattered across multiple buildings, the new headquarters is designed to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
While the WWE logo still hangs on Titan Tower for now, the building itself has been stripped of all WWE-related equipment for some time. This marks the second major property WWE has offloaded, following the December 2024 sale of its former production facility on Hamilton Avenue for $7.5 million.
Titan Tower’s legacy as the nerve center of WWE’s empire is undeniable. From unforgettable storylines to real-life business deals that shaped the industry, it was more than just an office—it was the heartbeat of professional wrestling’s biggest brand.
