Cora Jade recently went after WWE following her release, as she threw massive shade at the “strength and conditioning” being done at the Performance Center. That being said, a former WWE talent has now defended that very aspect of the training regime in WWE.

Former WWE Superstar Trevor Lee took to Twitter and talked about Cora Jade’s most recent remarks against WWE. He said he found the strength and conditioning training at the Performance Center to be very beneficial.

Lee pointed out that he’s currently in the best shape of his career and has passed all his drug tests, except for marijuana, simply to prove the point that the strength and conditioning training was definitely useful.

“I thought the strength and conditioning done at the Performance Center was very beneficial. This is coming from someone who’s in the best shape of his career and passed every drug test.”

This comes after Cora Jade shared her own experience with WWE’s training methods. Jade stated that she had to work out at her own gym outside of WWE because the “strength and conditioning” at the Performance Center wasn’t helping her. She also mentioned being body shamed by her bosses, coworkers, and fans, calling the situation “crazy.”

“This, plus can’t forget having to go to my own gym outside of work after ‘strength and conditioning’ that wasn’t doing anything for me other than get me body shamed by my bosses, coworkers, and fans crazy!”

Cora Jade was open about her experience in WWE but that doesn’t mean everyone will necessarily agree with what she had to say, as Trevor Lee made it clear he had a completely different experience. Regardless, Cora Jade is more focused on her own career after her WWE exit, so we’ll have to see what the future holds for her.
