WWE ring announcer Alicia Taylor is drawing a line with fans — and she’s making it crystal clear that some behavior online has crossed the line.
On March 7, 2026, Taylor took to her Instagram Story to call out what she described as increasingly strange messages from fans who seem to think a quick reply means they’re suddenly part of her inner circle. According to Taylor, the situation has gotten frequent enough that she felt the need to address it publicly — and she made it clear she finds some of the behavior flat-out disturbing.
“I guess this needs to be said, because it’s happening more frequently…and I find it to be INSANE and CREEPY AF.”
Taylor made it clear that she appreciates fans who send positive messages, but she says some people are taking things way too far. The problem, she says, is that some fans interpret a simple response as the start of a friendship — which isn’t the case.
“1st: I appreciate fans and messages of support. If you are a fan and I respond to you, this does not mean that we are now BFFs.”
From there, Taylor laid out exactly what kind of messages she’s been getting — including repeated voice notes and invitations to hang out whenever WWE comes to town.
“I DO NOT want daily voice messages from you, we are NOT hanging out, NO you cannot take me to dinner when I am in town, NO we are not going to concerts together, NO I will not respond to every single message that you send (talking to yourself at this point).”
And just in case the message wasn’t clear enough, Alicia Taylor ended the rant with a blunt summary of how she feels about the whole situation: “It’s F*****ING weird behavior.”
Taylor has been a WWE ring announcer since 2018, but she’s long made it clear she prefers to keep her personal life private and stay away from social media drama. Now it’s apparent that the WWE announcer just had enough — and decided to call the situation out directly.

Do you think Alicia Taylor was right to shut down fans over these messages, or does being a public figure come with territory like this? Sound off in the comments.
