The idea of AAA’s top champion showing up regularly on WWE’s Netflix show is appealing for both companies.

“Following his recent appearance at AAA and the announcement of the 4 way at TripleManía, WWE is strongly considering putting the AAA Mega Championship around Dominik Mysterio’s waist. The idea of AAA’s top champion also appearing weekly on Netflix is said to be appealing to all sides involved.”

The match will feature current champion El Hijo del Vikingo defending his AAA Mega Title against Dominik Mysterio, Dragon Lee, and The Great American in a high-stakes bout. The outcome could have a major impact on the partnership between WWE and AAA moving forward.

If Dominik Mysterio wins the AAA Mega Championship, his regular appearances on WWE’s upcoming Netflix shows would give AAA more visibility and give a huge lift to Dominik’s image as a top heel around the world.
