A WWE Superstar’s real-life fiancé is set to participate in the upcoming tryouts ahead of the SummerSlam Premium Live Event.
One of the confirmed participants is Irish independent wrestler LJ Cleary. He is also engaged to former Women’s Intercontinental Champion Lyra Valkyria. Cleary took to Twitter and shared a photo of himself wearing a WWE SummerSlam tryout shirt, saying, “Living my beautiful life.”
Cleary has wrestled for well-known promotions like Pro Wrestling NOAH, OTT, NJPW, DEFY, and more. On top of that, he was seen ringside during Lyra Valkyria’s match with Becky Lynch at WWE Backlash 2025.
The list of confirmed participants for the WWE SummerSlam 2025 tryouts continues to grow. So far, names include LJ Cleary, Ben Bishop, Meghan Walker, Mike Cunningham, and Goldenboy Santos.
Others set to take part are Zoe Sager, Jha’Quan McNair, CBL, Rayne Leverkusen, Anita Vaughan, and Ariana Milan. Also participating are Eli Knight, Will Kroos, Ellen B. Akesson, Eduardo Godinho, Vincent King, and Zoe Hines. Rounding out the group are CJ Felder and Aeden Begue. Therefore, we’ll have to see which of these participants will end up getting signed to a WWE deal after SummerSlam.
