Edris Enofé’s WWE exit is now official.
After announcing back in September that he would not be renewing his contract, Enofé has officially been moved to the Alumni section of WWE.com, confirming the end of his four-year run with NXT. In his original statement, Enofé was transparent about his decision, making it clear that leaving WWE was something he had deeply considered:
“As of today, I will officially be leaving the WWE. This is a decision I have thought about for a very long time, and I’m gonna trust my gut on this.”
He also took a moment to express gratitude for everyone he worked with during his time in the company:
“For the past 4 years I have had the chance to meet and work with incredible people, from the wrestlers, to the referees, the creative teams, the medical staff and of course all the coaches who put in so much time and effort into making me better, and for that I will always, always appreciate y’all.”
Enofé closed his message by thanking fans for their continued support, “And of course to all the fans who have supported me through all these years, thank you.”
With his WWE chapter now closed, all eyes are on what Edris Enofé will do next. Whether it’s a return to the independent scene, a jump to another major promotion, or something entirely unexpected, fans will be watching.
