Omos has been mostly MIA from WWE programming this past year, but that’s about to change—sort of. While the giant hasn’t been on TV regularly, he’s now locked in for a major appearance during WrestleMania 41 week. And fans are already asking: is this the start of a real return?
Culture Kings took to Instagram and confirmed Omos will appear at their Las Vegas store on April 17 for a special event celebrating the launch of their Culture Kings x WWE collection. It’s part of the official WrestleMania 41 week lineup and will feature other WWE Superstars like Rhea Ripley, Carmelo Hayes, Chelsea Green, and R-Truth.
This gives fans a rare opportunity to see Omos in person—something that’s become pretty uncommon lately. The last time Omos was on WWE television was during the April 5th episode of SmackDown, where he competed in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
Despite the limited TV time, there are people behind the scenes who still believe in Omos. Bobby Lashley, who previously faced him at WrestleMania 38, recently pushed for WWE to give Omos more screen time. “He’s far too talented not to be used,” Lashley said in support of the towering Superstar.
Omos’ unique presence and unmatched size have always made him stand out. Whether WWE plans to finally give him a proper storyline or keep him doing promotional appearances remains to be seen—but for now, fans can catch him live in Vegas during WrestleMania week.
