Michael Cole and Wade Barrett are on commentary. The show opens with footage from Riyadh showing the Crown Jewel title belts being packed up and sent to Perth for this weekend’s event.
The Men’s Crown Jewel belt is displayed in the ring under a glass case. Cody Rhodes heads to the ring. Cody asks the crowd in Perth, “What do you want to talk about?” He says they could talk about Seth Rollins.
Cody brings up how Seth has been painting their Crown Jewel match as something bigger than just a title defense — as something about the future of the industry. Cody admits he joked about it at first, but after hearing Paul Heyman explain the real stakes, maybe Seth was right. He says Seth’s role now is starting to look a lot like his own role at WrestleMania — the man who has to be sacrificed. Cody adds that maybe he’s Seth’s Achilles heel.

Cody says he doesn’t blame Seth for falling into this trap—because when you love WWE, and Seth clearly does, you’re willing to sacrifice everything for it. He says when you start thinking you’re the only one who can carry the company, that’s when things start to shift. That’s when your good intentions can become your downfall. Cody mentions the “QB1” nickname Seth has been given and says while it’s just a label, he understands the pressure that comes with it.
Cody says he loves being a leader, but WWE has so much talent that if he ever can’t carry the weight, others can. He name-drops Randy Orton, Roman Reigns, Rhea Ripley, Jey Uso, and CM Punk—and says he could be talking about Seth too. Then, reacting to the crowd, Cody asks if they really don’t like Seth, based on how they’re responding. He says Seth could be the one to fill that role.
Cody says he’s not out here to reason with Seth Rollins. He turns to Michael Cole and asks what the crowd is chanting. Cole says he’s not sure. Wade Barrett jumps in and says they’re chanting something rude. Cole stays quiet, but Wade says the crowd is chanting, “Seth Rollins is a wanker.”
Wade tosses the mic back to Cody, who catches it effortlessly. Cody jokes that he was trying to have a serious moment. He says no matter how hard he tries to reason with Seth, Seth lives in a world where everything revolves around him. And in that world, Cody can’t just be any wrestler—he has to be the wrestler. He says he’d have to be the guy you wear the gear for at the funeral… the one you bury in his boots. He’s the one, in any era—Seth’s or his own—that Seth simply can’t beat.
Backstage, Stephanie Vaquer is standing by when Chelsea Green walks up to congratulate her. Chelsea says La Primavera has “it,” and because of that, she’s offering Stephanie a spot in her group. She adds that she’d never offer the same to “Tacky Time.” Tiffany Stratton then walks in, prompting Chelsea to quickly exit. Stephanie tells Tiffany she’s got her back tonight and trusts Tiffany will have hers too. She adds, “May the best woman win tomorrow.” Tiffany agrees, saying they’re on the same page.
We return from the break as Cody Rhodes is shown walking backstage. He comes face-to-face with Jacob Fatu. Fatu tells Cody he knows there’s no love between them, and that once he’s finished with Seth Rollins, Cody is next. Cody simply replies, “Okay,” and walks off.
Nick Aldis approaches and says he appreciates people who step up in real time—then asks to speak with Fatu in his office. Before they can go anywhere, Drew McIntyre ambushes Fatu from behind, slamming him into a wall and some storage cases. Drew grabs a cart and tries to ram it into Fatu, but Aldis steps in and stops him. Fatu refuses any help and gets back on his feet.

He shared his experience, his knowledge—he wanted to be a mentor. But instead, Carmelo had the audacity to tell him he was done. I am the spotlight.” He adds that the closer someone gets to him, the more of a star they become—and Carmelo just missed. Then Miz takes a shot at Cathy, complaining that no one wished him a happy birthday and questioning her skills as a journalist.
A video package airs, hyping up the intense Last Man Standing Match—recapping the heated rivalry, brutal moments, and what’s at stake. We then head to commercial.
We get a recap of what went down during the Kickoff Show—specifically the moment when Seth Rollins abruptly left the stage, leaving everyone wondering about his mindset heading into Crown Jewel.
The match starts with both men missing early kicks. Damian Priest connects first with a forearm and follows up with a flurry of punches, kicks, and another forearm. He tosses Aleister Black over the top rope to the floor. Priest heads under the ring searching for something but comes up with a kendo stick—not the table the crowd was chanting for. Priest swings and misses with the stick. He regains control by sending Black into the steel ring steps and then smashes him with them again as they fight up the aisle.
Priest hits a headbutt, then lands a kick and more forearms before sending Black crashing into the lighting truss. Priest keeps the pressure on with more forearms and sets up for a big splash against the metal frame—but Black dodges and Priest slams hard into the steel. Black takes advantage, firing back with forearms and stiff kicks.
Aleister Black rocks Priest with a jumping knee, then follows up with a series of sharp knees. He sends Priest crashing into the barricade along the aisle. Priest fights back with punches and forearms, but Black answers with a knee and a stiff kick. He throws Priest into the edge of the ring apron. Black grabs his own kendo stick, but Priest cuts him off with a kick. Priest then whips Black hard into the ringside barrier.
Back in control, Priest hits a leaping flatliner and pulls the steel ring steps into the center of the ring. Black lands another knee, followed by a jumping knee strike in the corner. He heads to the turnbuckles, but Priest stops him with a kick. Priest climbs up for a rana, but Black slips underneath and tries for a powerbomb onto the steps. Priest escapes, but Black drops him face-first onto the steel steps. Black climbs the steps and leaps, but Priest catches him. Black counters the South of Heaven chokeslam and drops Priest. He then goes up to the turnbuckles and hits Meteora—driving Priest down onto the steps.

As Black tries to send him into the steps, Priest blocks it with an elbow and hits a hot shot onto the edge of the steps. He follows with a kick and sets up for the Razor’s Edge, but Black escapes. Priest tries a kick, but misses and tumbles over the top rope to the floor. Black attempts a moonsault off the ring post, but he misses. He quickly recovers and sends Priest into the steel steps before slamming his head into them multiple times. Black charges at Priest—but Priest responds with a POUNCE, launching Black onto the announce table.
Priest follows up with stiff forearms as they brawl around ringside, then throws Black into the apron. The referee begins counting, but Black beats the count—mainly because he sees Priest preparing to throw the ring steps at him and gets up just in time. Priest blasts Black with another forearm and grabs another kendo stick. Black tries to fight back with a kendo shot of his own, but Priest blocks it and smacks him in the ears. Priest hits a splash in the corner followed by a running boot and a rebound clothesline.

Black rolls to the floor and lands a few punches on Priest. He grabs a steel chair and unloads on Priest with multiple shots to the ribs and shoulder.
Priest powers through and stops Black from using the chair again, then chokeslams him onto the apron. He follows it up with a running Razor’s Edge onto the announce table, and Black bounces violently off the surface. The referee begins the count, but Black rolls off the table at nine to stay alive. Priest isn’t done—he picks Black up for another Razor’s Edge and slams him back onto the announce table, causing another brutal bounce. This time, Black’s feet touch the floor as he lies motionless on the table, still technically beating the count. Priest drags Black over the barricade and tosses him into the crowd. He hoists Black up onto a nearby platform and sets up for another move—then delivers a Broken Arrow onto a heavy box below, flattening Black.
Zelina Vega comes out, clearly trying to stop Damian Priest from doing any more damage. She walks up to where Black is laid out. Black says something quietly to her, and after a moment, Vega nods and walks away. Priest, preparing to finish things, pulls his straps down—but Black suddenly blasts him with a fireball, stunning him. Black follows up with Black Mass, knocking Priest off the platform and sending him crashing through a table below. The referee counts—and Priest doesn’t get up.
Winner: Aleister Black
After the match, Black and Zelina Vega celebrate together, standing tall as they look down at the wreckage and what Black just did to Priest.
We fade out to the credits.
