SmackDown Live opens with The New Day making their way to the ring, surrounded by a brass band – after all, we are in New Orleans!

We’ve got a raucous crowd on hand. Kofi says they had to come out and make a grand entrance, seeing as New Orleans is the home of WrestleMania next year. Woods takes the mic and says they will take the tag titles from The Uso’s this Sunday and they can take their off-brand version of Straight Outta Compton to off-Broadway. They say they will bring the titles back to New Orleans but get interrupted by Jimmy and Jey.

Uso’s come to the ring, full of grit. They get in the face of The New Day and shout that they are the ones who’ve been grinding to get to where they are. Breezango interrupt the Champions. Tyler Breeze says The Uso’s Day One-ish slogan is gross. Breeze instructs Fandango to “book ’em” and then Primo and Epico make their way to the ring.

Epico says they are the worst cops ever and their fashion sense is terrible. Primo says they didn’t trash Breezango’s office but they will trash them tonight. Big E says that New Day and the Fashion Police will put their boots between their buns because “New Day Rock”. This match starts after the break!
