The WWE Royal Rumble Premium Live Event has managed to create a ton of excitement, as the company is known for delivering surprise entrants each year. With the event finally upon us, fans can expect an action-packed night featuring a stacked match card.
Cody Rhodes has been a fighting champion since capturing the Undisputed WWE Championship, but this time, he faces one of his toughest challenges yet in Kevin Owens. The two will battle in a high-stakes Ladder Match, where both the Undisputed WWE Title as well as the “Real” World Title will be suspended above the ring. With ladders in play, fans can expect this match to be incredibly physical as both Owens and Rhodes will have to endure a lot of punishment. Therefore, fans are excited to see who will ultimately pick up the win when all is said and done.
The WWE Tag Team Championship will be contested in an epic 2-out-of-3 Falls Match, where the first team to win two falls will walk away with the gold. Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa have been feuding with the Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) for the past several weeks and it is likely their feud will end once and for all at the Royal Rumble. Therefore, it remains to be seen who will walk out as the champions once the dust settles.
The Women’s Royal Rumble will feature 30 Superstars competing for a shot at facing a champion of their choosing at WrestleMania 41. Quite a few big names have already declared themselves for the match, including Nia Jax, Liv Morgan, Charlotte Flair and many others. There is also the surprise factor in the bout as fans expect some NXT stars to debut during the match and some WWE stars to make their triumphant return as well. The possibilities are definitely endless, so it’s a guessing game at this point, and fans will simply need to wait and see who will come out as the winner this year.
This year’s Men’s Royal Rumble match is arguably the most star-studded in recent memory, which makes it all the more difficult for fans to predict who will win the bout. The likes of CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, John Cena, Seth Rollins, Logan Paul and many others will be part of the match, so it really is anybody’s game. That’s why it will be interesting to see who will walk away as the winner and punch their ticket to WrestleMania 41, guaranteeing them a chance at immortality.
