Rey Fenix made his in-ring debut on the April 4 episode of SmackDown and immediately made an impact thanks to his incredibly memorable entrance and presentation. With that in mind, WWE has now released behind-the-scenes footage of Triple H helping set up Fenix’s incredible entrance.
Triple H took to Twitter and shared a behind-the-scenes video showing himself working on Rey Fenix’s entrance for SmackDown. The video featured Triple H instructing the cameramen and other staff members how to properly present Rey Fenix’s entrance on SmackDown, which included Triple H posing for Fenix’s entrance before the pyro went off and many other unique details about the entrance.
The Game mentioned that helping shape the look and atmosphere of a new talent’s entrance is one of the most enjoyable parts of the job. He also expressed excitement for Rey Fenix’s future, promising even bigger and brighter opportunities ahead.
“Creating the look and feel of an entrance with a new talent is some of the most fun. Nothing but bigger and brighter stages for @ReyFenixMx in the future…”
Rey Fenix was successful in his in-ring debut as he faced off against NXT Superstar Nathan Frazer and it was definitely a great way for the WWE Universe to familiarize themselves with Fenix.
WWE isn’t just letting Rey Fenix join, they’re treating him like a big star. Triple H helping him shows they believe he can be something special. Now that his memorable debut is over, everyone’s waiting to see how Fenix will be booked in the coming weeks. If his entrance is any indication, fans should get ready for something exciting as we approach WrestleMania 41.
