WWE Releases Dakota Kai From Her Contract

WWE is always changing, and it seems that has called for more cuts to the roster. As usual, after WrestleMania, some Superstars can get cut, and it seems that has happened once again.

Dakota Kai was released from her WWE contract today, according to Sean Ross Sapp. This ends quite an impressive run with the company, one where she made a ton of fans along the way.

Kai’s recent run with Damage CTRL ended, and that left her without much of a direction. Sadly, now her time in WWE has come to an end.

Dakota Kai started in WWE in 2015 as a member of the NXT brand. She fought hard to get attention and eventually found her way up to the main roster. Prior to her time in WWE, Kai gained attention in STARDOM, so she has experience prior to her run in WWE.
