WWE RAW General Manager Adam Pearce is known for managing chaos on television, but behind the scenes, he’s all about promoting compassion. That message didn’t sit well with one online troll—but Pearce responded with a personal message that reminded everyone it’s okay to feel.
On June 8, Pearce posted a video to Instagram addressing a comment he received after his usual “Love Somebody Today” message. A Twitter user responded negatively, and Pearce decided to speak openly about it.
“So you guys know that every day I post ‘Love Somebody Today’ on social media—sometimes there are pictures, sometimes not. And yesterday, a guy replied to me on Twitter—shocking, that Twitter—and he said, ‘Boy, you’re a sensitive little b*tch, aren’t you?’”
Rather than get defensive, Pearce leaned into the remark with honesty and self-awareness.
“And before I blocked him—naturally—I thought about it. And I said, yeah, I am sensitive. I’m human. I feel. I guess it’s just that my heart’s big enough and my ego’s just small enough to be okay with showing that vulnerability.”
He ended the video with his signature sign-off.
“Love somebody today.”
Pearce’s response was brief, but it struck a chord. In a world where social media is often filled with negativity, he chose empathy over escalation, reinforcing his message with action.
