WWE Evolution 2 could be getting a Hall of Fame boost if the company gets its way.

According to a new report, WWE is pushing for Trish Stratus to make an appearance—and possibly compete—at the upcoming all-women’s premium live event. While nothing is confirmed, there’s clear interest from inside the company to get the legendary star on the card.

Sources via Fightful Select have claimed conversations have been happening behind the scenes, especially during Night of Champions weekend, regarding Stratus appearing at Evolution 2.

“They’ve expressed interest in Trish Stratus appearing and competing on the WWE Evolution show,” the report stated, adding that “nothing was locked in as of the weekend. However, there are potential creative options for the next week if she ends up doing it.”

With Evolution 2 set for July 13 in Atlanta, time is ticking to finalize the lineup. The event has already been shaping up with rumored matches and confirmed additions, including a Battle Royal where the winner earns a spot at Clash in Paris. WWE is also planning for Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez to defend the Women’s Tag Team Titles in a Triple Threat Match, and there’s been plenty of talk about Rhea Ripley vs IYO SKY for the Women’s World Championship.

The full Evolution 2 card is still being finalized, but Trish Stratus returning to the ring would instantly raise the stakes for the show—and bring even more eyes to WWE’s all-women’s event.
